For the Design Phase to be effective we need to start with a discovery discussion. We work through the discovery portion to learn how your organization works today. We will gather the requirements of your business for the short term and beyond. This will ensure the design meets the needs of the organization not only today but into the future. Once the initial discovery is done we start the Design Phase. We work to make sure the design fits into the requirements from the discovery discussions and refine it as needed. This phase can go through multiple iterations based on budgets, changes discovered during the design process and changes in strategic direction of the organization. MDN Technology is able to quickly produce designs and update designs as needed.
For the Build Phase to be effective we need to start with a complete and detailed design. This design can be created by MDN Technology or a design from another source. The design will be followed and if any questions or concerns arise they will be addressed with the designer. Using skilled talent to be able to make important decisions can help avoid costly problems down the road. MDN Technology will perform a Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) test on all High Availability designs to help verify the environment works as planned.
